Quality Control Throughout Production
- Incoming inspection: Key materials, electronic components, packaging and supplied parts are checked against approved requirements before use.
- In-process inspection: Assembly, appearance, function and critical process points are monitored during production.
- Finished-product inspection: Completed units are checked for appearance, function, accessories, labeling and packaging.
- Outgoing inspection: Shipment quantities, cartons, marks and finished-product condition are verified before release.
Product Testing and Documentation
Depending on the exact model and target market, EKONGSMILE can coordinate or support relevant documentation and testing such as FDA-related registration support, CE, RoHS, REACH, FCC, California Proposition 65 and SDS. These references do not mean that every certificate applies to every product. The required scope must be evaluated for the selected model, materials, claims and destination country before production.
OEM/ODM Quality Planning
For custom projects, quality planning starts during requirement review. Our team confirms the intended use, product functions, materials, appearance standard, packaging, test method and acceptance criteria. Samples are provided for approval before mass production, and changes to the approved specification are documented and reviewed with the customer.
